Dr. Robert (STORM) Wright Executive Director of BVI Prison Fellowship and the current RCS Projects Director hand over gift certificates for School Uniforms for the children of Inmates to HMPS Supt. David Foote. This Rotary Club Sunrise Project brought together various contributing stakeholders throughout the territory and was accomplished through the hard work of Director Kenisha Sprauve and the RCS Youth Services Committee.
