From the President

Today, we had our first Club Assembly for the 2013-2014 year at Maria's By The Sea.  Rotarian James joined us after a prolonged absence, and our meeting was joined by members of our sponsored EarlyAct club.  Our directors presented their plans for the Rotary year, and we proposed 3 new members for membership.  

This Saturday (October 5th), let's join the Charity Run at FSN at 4:00pm to support a great cause during Domestic Violence Month.  Bring your canned goods for donation!  

During our October 8th meeting, EarlyAct will again be joining us, and we hope that they will tell us a joke or two.  It's always a pleasure having them around!  During this meeting, we will begin taking nominations for our upcoming Board of Directors and Officers for 2014-2015.  Let's identify our future leaders and bring them on board!

On October 15th, we will be voting on some Club By-Law changes and celebrating a Family Day, organized by Director Fanny.  Bring your friends, family, and loved ones!  

Don't miss our Day Sail, planned for October 19th.  Details are coming together, but I hope to enjoy a nice day at sea together.  Let's enjoy some fellowship!   

On October 22nd, we will be holding our elections!

Don't miss out on what will be a month filled with activities for all!
